We accept credit card payment via
the MindFit
e-commerce site.
Third Party Vendor Instructions
Please provide your invoice to the agency who will be paying for your tutoring fees as soon as possible and complete any additional paperwork or documentation necessary to ensure that payment is processed in a timely manner.
The student is responsible for initiating the payment process with the third
party vendor and following up accordingly as needed.
Any authorization forms that need to be signed by the program coordinator can be mailed to:
